Exchange & Returns Policy

15-day return & exchange is allowed after receiving your item.

Items must be unworn or unused, with tags, and in original packaging.

Initiate returns through the customer portal at twinbirds.co.in.

Accepted returns receive a shipping label and instructions.

Items sent without a return request will not be accepted.

Report defective, damaged, or wrong items immediately upon reception.

For exchanges, return the item and make a new purchase once the return is accepted.

For Prepaid Orders:
Once your return is successfully picked up, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 3–5 business days. -
For Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders:
Once the return is picked up, a refund coupon will be issued to your account within 24–48 hours. -
